A.M. Instructions
Take cooler, not hot or steamy, showers. At the sink, cleanse with
cooler, not hot and steamy, water. Your skin will thank you!
If you used MIRACLE
ZIT last night, rinse off the residue with a wash cloth and cool water
VERY GENTLY!
GELLOID MOISTURIZER AND MASK - Apply two portions, the size of a
quarter each, to the face and neck as soon as you arise and/or
immediately after exercising to replace moisture loss and dryness. Leave
on until absorbed, (usually between 5 and 15 minutes) depending on how
dry you are. You may leave it on longer if you have time and are
relaxing. You may also apply more if it absorbs very quickly and you need
more moisture in any area. Remove with Corrective Grains and water for 20
seconds.
CORRECTIVE
GRAINS - For normal to dry skin and XX CORRECTIVE GRAINS for
super oily and/or acne prone skin. Apply one quarters worth to the face
(directly over the residue of your Gelloid if you use it) to gently
exfoliate your skin. Use Corrective Grains in the shower or at the sink,
in the morning and at night, to remove dead skin cells (keratinocytes)
before cleansing with Facial Shampoo. Add water and MASSAGE GENTLY for 20
seconds using only your hands. You are not SCRUBBING, POLISHING or
SANDING. Think of a butterfly wing or rose petal that you do not want to
"fall apart". Before rinsing, use the residue on your hands on the back
of hands and arms GENTLY.
FACIAL SHAMPOO
- For normal to dry skin and XX FACIAL SHAMPOO for super oily
and/or acne prone skin. Use 1/2 pump to clean face, eyes and neck. Add
water and massage GENTLY using only your hands as tools. Rinse well.
Facial Shampoo is a no-tears formula that lathers "like a mother"! It
removes waterproof make up and mascara, and leaves no residue of any kind
on the skin. Use your Facial Shampoo in the shower or at the sink, in the
morning and at night. Additionally, you should use Facial Shampoo after
working out, or exposure to heat or humidity, to remove perspiration.
BIOLOGICAL REDEFINING MASK - A Clay Mask for oily and/or acne
prone skin, do not apply to areas that are dry. Apply a VERY THICK COAT
(1/8 of an inch or more!) to affected areas of your face. Leave on for 15
minutes and DO NOT allow the mask to dry on your skin. Rinse off GENTLY
with a wash cloth and cool water. Use 2 times a week in winter, 3 times a
week in summer. Biological Mask removes oil, dead skin cells and bacteria
and leaves your skin feeling silky. A great way to prep your face for an
important day or a special night out!
BLEACHING LOTION WITH KOJIC ACID- Apply to damp skin by rolling
Bleaching Lotion on the areas to be treated. WAIT 20 SECONDS BEFORE
APPLYING SPF 25. Fantastic results in 5 - 7 weeks as long as you use SPF
25 every day. Yes, EVERY DAY, even if it is cloudy, snowing or raining.
Bleaching Lotion lightens and/or removes discoloration on the face and
body from cumulative, everyday exposure to the sun. Be aware that
antibiotics, antihistamines, antidepressants, birth control pills,
hormones, homeopathic herbs such as St. John's Wort and Echinacea, as
well as pregnancy, menopause, peri-menopause and the use of Retin A,
Renova or Avita, make your skin more sensitive to sunlight, and will lead
to discoloration without THE PROPER USE OF SUNBLOCK.
ZIT ZAPPER
is perfect for very sensitive skin and also very
oily skin. For those of you that
are sensitive to BPO this alternative will allow you to win the acne
battle! The alpha hydroxy and salicylic acid removes zits from your face
without irritation, redness, flaking or peeling. It is not photo
sensitive and may be used a.m. or p.m. to fight acne and give you a
smooth, glowing and flawless complexion:-) You may area and spot treat
with this product and use it with Miracle Zit/Fix Zit and Smoothing Cream
as well. This is a major new tool in your acne fighting arsenal:-) Only a
pea size shape is needed for area treating. You may also spot treat over
your make up during the day
MOTHER STRICKLAND’S SKIN RELIEF
is a BHA based
(salicylic acid) product which removes redness and irritation from the
skin. It is especially good
for those who have dry, flaky AND Rosacea or irritated skin and works
very well to remove the oilies
from oily skin. It works to prevent and remove all kinds of zits
including Big Mothers and “waxy worms” without irritating or over drying
your skin!
Use
Mother Strickland’s Skin Relief A.M and P.M. for area and/or spot
treating on all skin. One pea sized shape is all that is needed to area
treat your face. Two pea-sized shapes do a whole foot. Spread gently and
do not rub over damp skin! It may be used under SPF 25 in the am and
under Old Lady Cream, Smoothing Cream or Gel and Miracle Zit /Fix Zit at
night. You may also spot treat lesions over your make up during the day.
Use on body twice a day for smoothing rough or irritated skin of the
feet, hands, elbows and knees.
Order

SPF 25 -
Apply a pea sized shape to your fingertips and spread over very damp skin
in the A.M. after cleansing. USE SUNBLOCK EVERY DAY OF YOUR LIFE, EVEN IF
IT IS CLOUDY, RAINING OR SNOWING. Spread gently. Do not rub. Very damp
skin means almost wet. SPF 25 is a hydrolyzed product and penetrates when
mixed with moisture. SPF 25 should be used on face, neck, eyes and hands
and arms, as well as the back of your neck and ears! If you will be
outdoors for sports, sunbathing or other activities, apply sunblock 30
minutes before you go outside. Be sure to reapply SPF after immersion in
water! Protects against UVA & UVB rays. P.S. AVOID TANNING BEDS LIKE THE
PLAGUE!
Important Information
about Smoothing Gel and Smoothing Cream - You may
have received more than one smoothing product from Sage (Smoothing Gel
is for OILY areas and Smoothing Creams are for NORMAL or DRY areas).
When you use a COMBINATION of smoothing products on your face, you
will NOT use the FULL amount that is called for in each product's
directions. For example, the directions say to use "a flat dimes
worth", but that assumes that you are using it on your ENTIRE face! If
you only use a product on HALF of your face, you only use HALF a flat
dime's worth. If only using on one THIRD of your face, apply one THIRD
of a flat dime's worth, etc. Applying TOO MUCH smoothing product can
aggravate your skin! It is vital that you use the correct amount of
products, not to mention that it saves money.
6%, 12% or 20% SMOOTHING CREAM - For dry, normal and/or mature
skins. Apply a flat dime's worth (see note above) to your fingertips and
spread DIRECTLY over your SPF 25 on VERY DAMP SKIN. Do not wait for SPF
to absorb. Spread gently. Do Not Rub. This product goes all the way up
under the eyes. May tingle or sting for one minute after application.

and acne scarring, discoloration and rough, uneven textured skin.
Contains Alpha, Beta, and Vitamin C acids.
20% SMOOTHING GEL - For oily and/or acne prone skin. Apply a

one minute after application. This will take the wax off your kitchen
floor... just teasing! Smoothing Gel removes fine lines and wrinkles,
acne lesions, discoloration and enlarged pores. Contains Alpha, Beta, and

using in specific areas, and spread gently. Gelloid drenches you in
moisture. Apply throughout the day as needed over make up to keep skin

OLD LADY CREAM - Apply a flat dimes worth and spread gently. Old
Lady Cream also makes a terrific eye cream. The ultimate sealant if your
skin is dry, itchy or irritated from the elements, by using Retin A,
Renova, Smoothing Cream/Gel, Retin A Micro, or from physical exercise.
This is the last step to seal in moisture. Always reapply Gelloid
moisturizer and/or Old Lady Cream sealant after exercise or strenuous
physical activity for a smooth, flawless and glowing skin.
MAKE UP - Apply your make up now if you wear it. Be sure to check
the ingredients in your make up on the
Sage Database of
Comedogenic and Irritating Ingredients. This will tell you if the
ingredients in your products contribute to acne or irritate your skin!

ICE YOUR FACE FOR ONE MINUTE - Icing reduces swelling and
inflammation and allows your products to penetrate more quickly and give
you a faster and better result. It is Sage Advice. There are two ways to
do this:
1) Fill a paper cup with water and freeze it. Every evening take it out
and ice your face. As you use up the ice simply peel back the edges of
the paper cup.
2) Use an ice cube.

GENTLE (2 ˝%) - Apply a thin coat of Miracle Zit or Fix Zit to the
affected area and a "blob" to any lesion you can SEE or FEEL under or on
the surface of the skin. Miracle Zit and Fix Zit will bleach any fabric
it contacts while wet, so allow to dry completely before sleeping.
Remember, zits take 90 days to form, so this product must be used
consistently to avoid more lesions, even when the skin appears to be
clear. XX Miracle Zit and XX Fix Zit with Sulfur is extremely effective
on BIG MOTHERS, which appear just in time for a photograph, wedding,
class reunion or job interview! NEVER USE MIRACLE ZIT OR FIX ZIT ABOVE
THE CHEEKBONE OR BELOW THE EYEBROW.
If you feel dry,
